After the key card is inserted, an offline voice panel can play a welcome message and basic room guidance, helping guests feel comfortable from the very beginning.

This scene is fully local: it relies on Bluetooth Mesh communication between the door sensor, lighting controller, curtain motor and air conditioning controller inside the room, so it keeps working reliably even if the hotel’s internet connection goes down.
