Welcome Scene
Entrance light turns on / Welcome message plays / Curtains open / AC starts
A comfortable arrival begins the moment the guest opens the door — the room automatically prepares itself with light, a welcome message and a ready temperature.
How It Works
- 1
Before Check-in
The entrance light turns on for 15 seconds as soon as the door opens, providing safe and comfortable lighting before the key card is inserted.
- 2
Friendly Welcome
After the key card is inserted, an offline voice panel plays a welcome message and basic room guidance, helping guests feel comfortable from the very beginning.
- 3
Ready for Comfort
The room automatically turns on the lights, opens the curtains and starts the air conditioner. Guests simply walk in and enjoy a ready-to-use room.
A comfortable arrival begins the moment the guest opens the door. When the guest enters the room, the smart system automatically creates a welcoming environment without any action needed from hotel staff.
This scene is fully local: it relies on Bluetooth Mesh communication between the door sensor, lighting controller, curtain motor and air conditioning controller inside the room, so it keeps working reliably even if the hotel’s internet connection goes down.
Hotels typically pair this scene with Pre-arrival Comfort so that the room is already cooled and ready before the guest even reaches the door.
