Singapore Hotel Project: Offline Voice Control for a Smarter Guest Room
Smart Voice · Offline Voice & Front Desk Calling
In a recent Singapore hotel project, our offline voice panel controls lights, AC and curtains — and calls the front desk — without internet. Room control and guest service on one screen.

Voice control is becoming a natural part of the smart home experience. But in a hotel, the requirements are different.
It needs to be simple for guests, reliable for daily operation, and practical for the hotel.

In a recent hotel project in Singapore, our offline voice panel is being used as part of the guest room experience.

One Panel, Multiple Functions
Guests can use voice commands to control the room:
- Lights
- Air conditioning
- Curtains
There is no need to open an app or rely on an internet connection for these room controls.
But the panel can do more than control the room.
Guests can also use it to call the front desk directly, bringing room control and basic guest service together in one interface.

Designed for Hotel Use
The idea is simple: technology should make the room easier to use, not make the guest learn how to use it.
For hotels, an offline voice solution also provides a different approach to smart room control — with core functions handled locally inside the room.
From lighting and climate to curtains and front desk communication, the goal is to create a guest room that feels more intuitive and connected.

Offline. Local. Built for hotels.
